Microsoft has now delayed the Release Candidate (RC) of Windows 7. The expected date of release is now April 10th.
The same tip also hints that the operating system may not be finished until August, when the final Release to Manufacturing (RTM) build is said due for developers. An actual public version of the final release should appear sometime after this period.
This means that the final release of Windows 7 could be as late as November. Quite a while after Snow Leopard (10.6), and leaving people even longer to suffer with Vista. Read More...
